A Different Therapy Approach
Traditional talk therapy can often leave people feeling like they are a “hamster in a hamster wheel”. At CWC, we use other modalities including art therapy, sand tray therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR to get to the root of the trauma so that you can start to heal.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and establishing trust and authenticity within the therapeutic relationship.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
